It is designed specifically that can be vapor hydrogen peroxide sterilized inner materials itself before transfer them from low level of clean area into A or B high level of clean area. Inner HEPA laminar flow can prevent cross contamination.
The kill ratio of VHP to bacillus stearothermophilus reaches 6-log. It has good material compatibility and easy todecomposition and without harmful residual.

Operation process
Step one: Charge-Open the door of the SV transfer cabinet in the low level of clean area, put materials into it and closed door.Step two: Sterilization-Start automatic sterilization procedure, system will add vapor hydrogen peroxide automaticlly and keep demanded concentration.
Step three: Exhaust the residual
-Feed into new clean gas by HEPA to replace inner gas, ventilation and exhaust the residual, then finish sterilization.
Step four: Discharge
-Open the discharge door, take out the materials, finish material surface sterilization and transfer process.
